Yes. Mula Moolah is based in the UK but we offer fast, tracked international shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia, and all of Europe. Customs fees may vary.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but you will see an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout. Tracking updates are also sent by email.

Depending on your country’s regulations, customs or import duties may apply. These are charged by your local customs authority and are not controlled by us.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package’s journey at any time.

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do this to protect the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@mulamoolah.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or provide a solution.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

In the rare case that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

Each product has a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your bust, underbust, waist, and hips and comparing them with the chart for the best fit.

If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. Feel free to contact us for personalised sizing assistance.

Most of our pieces include elastic, lace, or mesh that allow for some stretch. Each product description notes whether the item fits true to size or has a tighter/snugger fit.

Some pieces are designed to be sheer or semi-sheer. Product photos and descriptions clearly indicate the level of transparency.

Mula Moolah collections are often produced in limited runs to maintain exclusivity. Once a specific 'Initiation' set is gone, it may not return. We recommend joining our VIP list to be notified of drops.

For the longest lifespan, we recommend: Hand-washing in cold water Using a gentle lingerie detergent Avoiding bleach Air-drying only Machine washing can damage delicate lace and hardware.

We don’t recommend it. If you must, always use a lingerie wash bag, gentle cycle, and cold water but hand-washing is strongly preferred.

Store items flat or hang them to maintain shape. Avoid folding molded cups or placing heavy items over delicate fabrics.

Absolutely. Since our packaging is completely unbranded on the outside and we do not include physical receipts with prices, you can send a set directly to a recipient without them knowing who sent it, unless you add a gift note.

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external indication of what's inside.

Every order comes in our signature 'Initiation' packaging, which is designed to be gift-ready while remaining discreet on the outside.

Every piece is designed and curated in our London-based studio. We work with specialized partners for production, but all finishing, quality checks, and packaging are done by hand in the UK before being shipped to you.

We are actively working on increasing the amount of eco-friendly and recycled fabrics in our collections.

Yes many of our designs are made to be both comfortable and stylish for daily wear. Each product description notes whether it’s best for everyday use or special occasions.
